Refund policy

Return in original or similar shipping package with all tags still attached and in new condition and with your packing slip.  We will not accept returns from smoking households.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. This amount can be deducted from your refund.

Q:  Are shipping fees refunded?
A:  In most cases, no, we do not refund shipping fees.

Q: What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
A:  Please contact us and wait for a response before requesting a return authorization.

Q:  May I still return an item past the 30 day return window?
A:  All returns after the return window has expired are at our discretion.  If we do accept the return, buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to refund.  All items returned MUST be in original, new condition.
